Free Visit
Rules of Guidance in the Museum

Book a tour
Institutions, schools, groups, companies, etc. should reserve by phone (03-5229508 ext.5426) or use application form (from Fire Department or its Fire Stations) three days before visiting.

Number of each reservation
15 to 60 people.
Reservation must be accompanied by a timed tour.

Timed tour
There will be professional volunteers provide Chinese commentary.

4 times a day
(1) 2 times in the morning: 10:10~10:50,11:00~ 11: 40
(2) 2 times in the afternoon:13: 20~14:00,14:30~15:10
The items of timed tour and the time commentary takes: Kinder fire truck commentary (about 10 minutes), Earthquake simulation room (about 20 minutes) and Smoke experience room (about 10 minutes). Every commentary takes about 40 minutes totally.

Registration
The maxima is 60 people. Group reservation first. On-site registration is open when the quota is available, and you can go to the service desk to take the number plate until the full 15 minutes before the opening.

Meeting point
Meet at the service desk 5 minutes before the opening.

Others:
(1)If there are more than 40 people a time, people will be disassembled into two groups to experience alternately.
(2)In order to take into account the quality of the tour and the rights and interests of the public, after the start of each session, it is not open to join halfway.


Close time of the Museum
Mondays (if the Monday is national holiday, then it will be opened on Monday and closed on Tuesday ), and other days for specific reasons such as typhoons or repair.

Open hours
9 a.m. to 12 a.m.
1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Precautions
The open space includes the first and second floors above the main building and the bell tower. Other areas are not open to the public.
Please enter the number of visitors and other information at the service desk before entering the museum. Except for groups that need to reserve, other families or individuals can freely visit or experience some facilities during the opening time of the museum.
Due to the large number of people visiting on holidays (such as Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, etc.), in order to maintain the quality of admission to the museum, flow control will be implemented. Please pay attention to the on-site announcements. Sorry for the inconvenience.
In order to avoid waste of resources, group reservations are required to arrive at the museum 5-10 minutes in advance. Before the opening five minutes yet to come who will forgive timed tour of places open to individual on-site registration.
There is only one barrier-free toilet on the first floor of the building. Visitors are advised to finish the toilet elsewhere to avoid waiting on the scene.
Please dress neatly and not indecently.
To ensure the safety of visitors and cleanliness of the hall, noisy, running, smoking, chewing betel nuts or littering are prohibited.
Please do not operate the facilities in the museum without permission. Please keep quiet and listen to the instructions and follow the instructions of the tour guides during the visit, in order to avoid obstructing the rights of others.
Pets (except guide dogs), contraband and dangerous goods are prohibited to bring into the museum.
The museum is a city-appointed historic site, and any damage should be responsible for repairing and compensating for losses.
It is not allowed to engage in for-profit activities when visiting the museum; please be responsible for matters related to personal transportation and safety maintenance, public order and accident insurance during the visit.
